During the last year, each class had a theme and a title, we had six weeks of fluids, then we had classes based on embryology and so on. In 2025 we will stalk and find each week what the theme of the day is.

Dear movers!

Next Wednesday, February 26, 2025 and the following weeks in 2025, every Wednesday at 7 p.m., there will be a Somatic Movement Practice in Bonn again.

The topics this year will be discovered anew each week and may vary from the embryology of the wrist to the movement of the lymph—or, however it unfolds, always in motion, always dancing!

No previous knowledge is required, just the desire to experience yourself in motion.

Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at Breite Strasse 56, 53111 Bonn

Participants will be picked up at the door five minutes beforehand, we start on time.

If you arrive a little late, in exceptional cases, ring the bell at Xinbao.

It is recommended to put 20€ in the bowl but everyone can contribute according to their means.
