Gonzalo's closer relationship with movement and bodywork began as a teenager in Buenos Aires in an underground theater group that focused on developmental psychophilosophical research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the dictatorship in the early 1980s, the members of the group reunited in London and formed a dance and theater company, where he worked as an assistant director, mainly in charge of photography, stage and prop design, cooking and massaging the troupe. He took part in classes, but performed only as a musician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es folgten 25 Jahre, in denen Gonzalos Hingabe an Kunst und Meditation im Vordergrund stand. Seine k\u00f6rperliche Hauptarbeit war die harte Arbeit eines Handwerkers und seine Materialien Holz und Metall als Bildhauer und Goldschmied, auch in diesen Jahren praktizierte er Aikido, mystischen Tanz in Europa und im Iran studierte und „Dhrupad“, klassische Hindustani-Musik von Meister Sayeeduddin Dagar aus Rajasthan, Indien, erlernte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2010, Gonzalo finished his work as a sculptor and closed the large workshop with the intention of dedicating himself to movement, the \"material\" being the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He began to practice contact improvisation and learned about BMC\u00ae, which impressed him greatly. He realized that the study and research in BMC\u00ae completed all the other experiences and teachings of the past and immersed himself in it. He has completed the SME \"Somatic Movement Educator\" Program and the subsequent \"Practitioner Program\" from the School of Body Mind Centering\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His teachers in BMC\u00ae were chronologically: Nina Wehnert, Friederike Tr\u00f6scher, Jens Johansen, Odile Seitz, Gloria Desideri, Thomas Greil, Jeanette Engler, Walburga Glatz and many others. During the pandemic he also took all of Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen's online courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is professional member of the BMCA (Body-Mind Centering\u00ae Association).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gonzalo still works in his goldsmith and artist workshop in Bonn, where he discusses, designs, does graphic work, teaches and cooks lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
